Underpinning the skills and knowledge gained from experience, Director,
Janet Neustein, has formal qualifications - a Master of Arts in
English from the University of Sydney, a Bachelor of Arts from the
University of Auckland, and a Secondary Teaching Diploma from the
University of Melbourne. Before establishing the writing consultancy,
she taught English in high schools and English and Communications
at TAFE Colleges. Her writing skills were honed as a journalist
with The New Zealand Herald and ABC Radio.
A keen awareness of marketing strategies – overt and subliminal
